- RPA Idea Tracker - use this tool to help evaluate the processes you’d like to see automated. You’ll enter a little bit of information about each process on your list, and the tool will help identify if it’s a good candidate for automation. (instructions are included on spreadsheet)
- Once you have a few ideas, determine which one is the most straightforward and would have the most impact in terms of saving time for higher value work.
